The first time I used Stay Chat, I used to be at placement #two in the queue and it took 18 minutes until finally a live agent responded. The 2nd time, I was at place #2 again, but this time it only took eight minutes wait time. This is fairly good as compared to other exchanges that only reply by way of email, without having Stay Chat selection.
